Wedgewood of Palm Harbor is an established community of 368 townhomes nestled amongst 55 acres of tree lined streets and beautifully landscaped common areas.
Our community is close to schools, shopping, and entertainment. The lush landscape and amenities make it a place to simply relax by the pool or spend your day playing tennis or walking throughout the neighborhood.

WEDGEWOOD MANAGEMENT
Residents will enjoy having a full-time property manager and maintenance staff onsite to handle the day-to-day responsibilities throughout the property . All functions are overseen by a 5-member Board of Directors.
WEDGEWOOD AMENITIES
At Wedgewood of Palm Harbor, spend the day lounging by the pool or soaking in the spa, playing tennis on one of two courts, shooting some hoops or riding your bike. Stop by the fountain located in the pond and drop a line in the water or push your child on the swing at the playground. The clubhouse provides a great meeting place and has a great kitchen for those occasions when you want to reserve it for a friend or family gathering.

When you’re inside of Wedgewood it’s like being hidden from the rest of the world. Once you leave the property, you’re never far away from some of the most sought-after places.
Thinking of staying close to home, then enjoy downtown Palm Harbor and Dunedin and support the local restaurants and breweries. Pick up some fresh produce at the farmer’s market or attend the Street Art Festival.
Relaxing on a beach is always a great way to spend your day. With so many choices like Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and the world class Clearwater beach, the drive time will be brief.
Whether you’re going to see the Buccaneers play a game or just heading to downtown Tampa for a nice dinner or a concert, you’ll be able to get there in about 30 minutes.
If you’re in the mood for dinner on the water or want to check out the Dali Museum, just head to St. Petersburg in the same amount of time.
There’s always the option to be a little more adventurous and head to the many parks Orlando has to offer. Whether it’s Disney, Epcot, Sea World or Legoland, the drive time will be about 90 minutes.
